Senior Business Analyst, Regional Strategy
- Apply structured strategic frameworks to support regional strategy development.
- Conduct market, industry, competitor, and geopolitical analysis to identify key trends, risks, and opportunities.
- Translate macroeconomic and geopolitical developments into business impact assessments and actionable recommendations.
- Develop high-quality executive materials, distilling complex analysis into clear insights and well-structured recommendations for senior leadership.
- Build robust business cases, including financial modeling, scenario analysis, and risk assessments to support investment decisions.
- Facilitate discovery sessions and workshops with business teams to identify priorities, challenges, and opportunity areas.
- Collaborate with cross-functional stakeholders to gather inputs, validate assumptions, and drive alignment on strategic initiatives.
- Support the design and execution of regional leadership forums.
- Contribute to regional growth programs, including organic growth initiatives, M&A assessments, footprint optimization, and cost-efficiency efforts.
- Bachelor’s degree in Business, Economics, Engineering, or a related field.
- 3–5 years of experience in management consulting or in a corporate strategy / business analysis role with exposure to consulting methodologies.
- Strong understanding and practical application of strategic frameworks.
- Proven ability to synthesize complex data into clear insights and decision-oriented recommendations.
- Experience in delivering high-quality presentations and executive materials.
- Experience developing business cases, including financial and scenario analysis.
- Exposure to or interest in geopolitical and macroeconomic analysis and their business implications.
- Strong communication, stakeholder management, and facilitation skills.
- Advanced proficiency in PowerPoint and Excel, with high attention to detail and quality.
- Ability to work effectively in a fast-paced, cross-functional, and multicultural environment.
