Senior Business Analyst – NetSuite at BairesDev
In this role, you'll lead business requirements gathering, process analysis, and alignment efforts across a NetSuite ERP environment in a public company setting where SOX compliance is non-negotiable. Working at the intersection of business operations, compliance, and technology, you'll define requirements, improve processes, and ensure clear communication between business and technical teams. What You'll Do:
- Lead requirements gathering and documentation efforts across business stakeholders and technical teams.
- Analyze and improve business processes, ensuring alignment with NetSuite configurations.
- Serve as the primary liaison between business teams, technical teams, and the compliance function.
- Ensure SOX compliance considerations are embedded in all process documentation and requirements.
- Drive effective communication across all project stakeholders throughout the ERP implementation lifecycle.
What we are looking for:
- 7+ years of experience in business analysis, with a proven track record across multiple ERP implementations using NetSuite, Oracle, MS Dynamics, or equivalent platforms.
- Demonstrated experience working in public company environments with strong SOX compliance knowledge.
- Expert-level requirements gathering and documentation skills.
- Deep background in business process analysis and improvement.
- Advanced proficiency in English.
