Senior Business Analyst (Retail)
Summary
Joining WIRE IT, a Portuguese IT consultancy, you'll work as a Senior Business Analyst on retail projects in a hybrid Lisbon role: gathering and documenting requirements, facilitating workshops, and advising on retail processes (store ops, merchandising, POS, omnichannel) using tools like Jira, Confluence, Visio, and Miro under Agile/Scrum or Waterfall.

Role: Senior Business Analyst (Retail)
Location: Hybrid, Lisbon, Portugal
Required skills:
- 6+ years of experience as a Business Analyst, preferably within Retail environments.
- Strong knowledge of retail business processes, including Store Operations, Merchandising, Inventory & Supply Chain, Pricing & Promotions, POS, Omnichannel, and eCommerce.
- Proven experience in retail transformation, digital modernization, or change management programmes.
- Strong experience gathering, documenting, and managing business requirements, user stories, and functional specifications.
- Experience facilitating workshops and collaborating with business and technical stakeholders throughout the project lifecycle.
- Good understanding of Agile, Scrum, and Waterfall methodologies.
- Proficiency with Jira, Confluence, Visio, Miro, or similar tools.
- Excellent analytical, communication, and stakeholder management skills.
- Fluent in Portuguese and English.
