Senior Business Analyst (Salesforce Experience Required - Min 3 Yrs)

■ Position Summary

We are seeking a proactive, hands-on Senior Business Analyst (Salesforce) who bridges business requirements and technical execution. In this role, you will lead the end-to-end delivery lifecycle—from requirement gathering, system architecture, and Flow configuration to testing and client enablement. Depending on project scale, you will also have opportunities to step into Project Manager (PM) or Project Leader (PL) roles.

- Department: Engineering Department

- Work Location: Phrom Phong, Bangkok (2 days in-office / 3 days WFH)

- Working Hours: 08:30 - 17:00 (Mon–Fri, approx. zero overtime)

- Languages Required: Thai (Native/Fluent) & English (Business Level — reporting directly to MD and collaborating with regional/international clients)

■ Key Responsibilities

1. Business Analysis, Solution Design & Configuration (Core Focus)

- Solution Architecture: Understand client business processes and design optimal, feasible solutions leveraging Salesforce standard capabilities, data models, and platform best practices while balancing timeline and budget.

- Technical Documentation: Produce BRDs, functional specifications, user stories, ER diagrams, and process flowcharts.

- Hands-on Delivery: Perform system configuration directly using Flow Builder, Object Manager, and Salesforce Security Models (Profiles, Permission Sets, Sharing Rules).

- Quality Assurance & Training: Design test scenarios/scripts, lead internal/SIT testing, support UAT, and deliver user manuals and training for administrators and end-users.

2. Project Leadership & Delivery Management

- Project Ownership: Lead small-to-mid scale implementation projects as PM/PL, managing project schedules, milestones, scope, risks, and resource utilization.

- Expectation & Scope Management: Serve as a trusted advisor to clients. Proactively manage change requests (CR), assess impact, and propose practical alternatives rather than simply taking orders.

- Team Mentorship: Guide, mentor, and review deliverables of junior team members to maintain high engineering standards.

3. Others

- Support pre-sales activities, technical assessments, and internal innovation initiatives as capacity permits.

■ Qualifications

[Must Have]

- 5+ years of overall IT project implementation or consulting experience.

- 3+ years of hands-on experience designing and configuring Salesforce (Sales Cloud, Service Cloud, Experience Cloud, or Industry Clouds).

- Deep proficiency in Salesforce Flow Builder, Data Modeling, and Security/Sharing Architecture.

- Proven experience managing project milestones, delivering on commitments, and guiding junior members.

- Thai: Native/Fluent | English: Business Level (confident conducting requirement workshops and reporting to executive management).

- Strong analytical mindset, problem-solving skills, and ability to communicate complex concepts clearly.

[Good to Have]

- Experience acting as PM/PL on 3+ completed end-to-end projects (or projects > 50 man-months).

- Active Salesforce Certifications (e.g., Administrator, Platform App Builder, Sales/Service Cloud Consultant).

- Experience in pre-sales, solution sizing, or RFP preparation.

- Japanese language ability (JLPT N1/N2) or experience working with Japanese organizations.
