The Senior Business Analyst Salesforce role plays a central part in ensuring business requirements coherence across transformation projects. This role is aimed at an experienced BA capable of maintaining a cross-functional perspective.

💡 YOUR MISSIONS

As a Senior Business Analyst (M/F), you ensure a holistic view of business requirements to guarantee their coherence.

  • Gather and analyse business requirements by facilitating workshops
  • Design advanced functional solutions
  • Configure the solution across standard and advanced functionalities
  • Draft User Stories, functional specifications, and associated documentation
  • Participate in testing, data migration, and go-live activities
  • Support change management: train end users and administrators on new functionalities
  • Mentor and support junior Business Analysts in their professional development
  • Maintain a holistic and cross-functional perspective
  • You hold a Master's degree (Bac+5) from a business school or engineering school.
  • Minimum 3 years as a Salesforce Business Analyst.
  • Excellent mastery of the Salesforce environment, with confirmed expertise on at least two Clouds (certifications required).
  • Ability to facilitate requirements gathering and scoping workshops.
  • Solid experience in requirements formalization and functional design.
  • Proficiency in Salesforce configuration (standard and advanced features).
  • Experience in supporting and training users and administrators.
  • Knowledge of testing, acceptance, and deployment processes.
  • Ability to mentor and train other Business Analysts in methodologies and tools.
  • Fluent English is required (workshop facilitation, collaboration with international teams).
