Senior Business Analyst - Student Management System experience

Salary: AUD 180000 - 200000 per annum

Senior Business Analyst required who has worked on a Student Management System implementation, this is a requirement for this role.

Your responsibilities:

• Senior Business Analyst with demonstrated experience leading business-driven discovery and delivering process outcomes, including: Eliciting and documenting business requirements and user needs (workshops, interviews, process walkthroughs).
• Drive current state business process understanding and process transformation/creation, with the ability to identify gaps, pain points, risks and opportunities.
• Designing future-state processes and supporting process transformation/creation, collaborating closely with business stakeholders.
• Strong stakeholder management: able to work autonomously, move quickly, and adapt to different stakeholder styles and priorities.
• Facilitation skills to drive alignment across business and technology teams (clarifying questions, option assessment, impact analysis, dependency identification).
• Comfortable producing clear artefacts (process maps, requirements, decision logs) and maintaining documentation
• Data uplift, compliance and governance.

Your skills:

• Must have experience working on a Student Management System as a Business Analyst/Project Manager
• Working in Education is a requirement for the role
• Strong training and change management experience
• Working on current and future state
• Excellent stakeholder engagement
