Senior Business Analyst

Salary: $900 - $950 p.d. + plus super

Talenza partnering with a leading financial services organisation on an exciting 6-month contract (with a strong likelihood of extension) supporting a major enterprise transformation program.

Location: Sydney
Hybrid: 3 days per week in the office | $950 + super per day

This is an opportunity to join a high-profile transformation initiative focused on large-scale technology and business change. You'll work closely with senior stakeholders to define business requirements, analyse complex data, and support the successful archival and decommissioning of legacy systems.

We're looking to speak with Senior Business Analysts who have:

* Extensive experience delivering large-scale banking or financial services transformation programs as end-to-end Senior BAs
* Proven experience working on system migration, legacy system decommissioning, or archival initiatives within financial services
* Strong business analysis capability, including requirements elicitation, process mapping, and stakeholder management
* Experience in data analysis, data management, and data governance
* The ability to bridge business and technology teams within complex enterprise environments
