Senior Business Analyst

Minimum 4-5 years of experience in business analysis with migration experience and strong SQL/Oracle skills

Technical/Functional Skills:

Experience in developing Use Case Models and Test case preparation

Strong/Excellent SQL/Oracle skills

Migration experience - not a must but advantage

Knows business analysis concepts - how business requirements gathering is done for an application from scratch, use cases, various standard documentation

Generic Managerial/Soft Skills :

Able to plan/track tasks/activities

Report progress/challenges to Project Manager

Need to have excellent communication skills (including English conversation skills), demonstrate excellent problem solving and critical thinking skills

Leadership skills

Long term commitment
