Reporting to the Business Analysis Practice Lead, your day-to-day would look like:
- Conducting and leading requirements analysis, document current/future state processes, challenge existing ways of working, and reimagine processes to drive innovation and industry disruption.
- Mentoring junior BAs, supporting their performance and wellbeing, owning analysis artefacts, and contributing to strengthening the overall BA practice and capability.
- Working closely with CXOs, PMs, designers, engineers, QAs, and other stakeholders to understand strategy and customer needs, manage backlogs, run workshops/refinement sessions, and maintain continuous communication in an agile environment.
- Applying data insights to inform decisions, understand customer behavior, and leverage technology to enable new capabilities and thereby helping business leaders understand what’s possible.

- Being a trusted advisor, providing clear, concept driven business analysis guidance and leading requirements activities that shape high quality, customer centric solutions.
- Mentoring and uplifting junior BAs, owning analysis artefacts in your work area and actively contributing to strengthening the capability, maturity, and reputation of the BA practice.
- Championing Agile delivery, confidently managing backlogs, supporting squad performance and wellbeing, and helping the team deliver value early through Agile and Lean principles.
- Translating strategy into action, collaborating closely with POs, PMs, designers, and stakeholders to break down strategic goals, understand customer journeys, and turn insights into clear, actionable work.
- Harnessing data and technology, using analytics to guide decision making and helping business leaders understand and explore new technology-enabled opportunities.
- Leading strong engagement and facilitation, running effective workshops, maintaining continuous stakeholder collaboration, and sharing your expertise across BAs, Engineers, and QA to improve alignment and delivery outcomes.
- Championing the use of AI within Tower’s guardrails to enhance quality of BA deliverables contributing to realised value and benefits
To thrive in this role, you'll need:
- A strong customer‑first mindset with a bias for getting things done
- Significant experience in Information Technology & IT, ideally within insurance
- A track record of driving innovation beyond individual projects
- Ability to collaborate effectively with designers and technical teams to deliver practical solutions (using tools such as Confluence, Jira and Miro)
- Ownership of user stories and requirements, bringing together design, customer experience, copy and technical solutions
- Strong grounding in business analysis across both Agile and Waterfall, with a passion for championing best practice
- Ability to break down complex work, deliver value early, and approach problems with curiosity and bold thinking
- Embracing AI use and being an active member of the thriving AI enablement and adoption community at Tower
