Senior Business Analyst in TPXimpact's delivery consultancy: leads small-to-medium client discovery projects, captures business needs, maps processes, documents requirements, and manages stakeholders in a consultancy capacity. Also line-manages and mentors other BAs, grows the BA community of practice, and contributes to bids, using agile/lean methods and AI tools with human review.
You will be part of the wider Delivery Team at TPXimpact, supporting delivery and product managers on projects. You will also have a line manager who will assist you with your development plan as well as coaching and mentoring. At the highest level, Delivery is a TPXimpact product.
