  • Identify process gaps, improvement opportunities, business impacts, risks, dependencies, and implementation constraints.
  • Assess services for integration with shared platforms, common services, and reusable capabilities.
  • Translate complex and ambiguous business needs into clear, structured, and implementable requirements and recommendations.
  • Develop future-state process models and support the definition of improved training and operating procedures.
  • Prepare business analysis documentation, decision records, executive summaries, and recommendations.
3. Agile Delivery and Implementation Support
  • Work collaboratively within Agile or hybrid project teams to support delivery planning and implementation.
  • Support backlog refinement, requirements prioritization, user story development, acceptance criteria definition, and clarification of business requirements.
  • Coordinate business and technical deliverables to ensure alignment with project objectives, timelines, and approved requirements.
  • Support testing activities, including test scenario development, requirements traceability, validation, defect clarification, and user acceptance testing.
  • Participate in release planning, implementation readiness assessments, deployment coordination, and transition-to-operations activities.
  • Identify delivery risks, cross-team dependencies, and implementation issues, and recommend mitigation strategies.
  • Ensure business requirements and process documentation remain current throughout the project lifecycle.
4. Training Development and Delivery
  • Assess existing training approaches, materials, processes, tools, and delivery methods to identify gaps and improvement opportunities.
  • Develop training curricula, training plans, presentation materials, facilitator guides, user guides, process maps, job aids, FAQs, reference documents, and standard operating procedures.
  • Translate complex business processes, policies, technical concepts, and operational procedures into clear, accessible, audience-appropriate content.
  • Deliver instructor-led and virtual training, demonstrations, coaching, knowledge-transfer sessions, and train-the-trainer activities.
  • Align training materials with approved business processes, organizational standards, accessibility requirements, and end-user needs.

  • Provide post-implementation support, troubleshoot adoption issues, gather feedback, and refine training and transition activities.
  • Monitor implementation outcomes and promote sustained adoption of the new training and operating model.
6. Reporting and Executive Communications
  • Prepare executive summaries, briefing notes, presentations, status reports, risk updates, and implementation recommendations.
  • Communicate complex findings, business impacts, risks, dependencies, and decisions required in a concise and actionable manner.
  • Consolidate information from multiple stakeholders and workstreams into clear findings and practical options for leadership.
