Senior Business Analyst

Job Summary :

We are looking for a highly analytical and detail-oriented Senior Business Analyst with 2 - 3 years of hands-on experience in business analysis, data interpretation, performance tracking, and strategic decision-making.

The ideal candidate should have strong problem-solving abilities, excellent analytical skills, and the ability to convert complex data into actionable business insights that drive growth and operational efficiency.

Technical Skills :

- Strong hands-on expertise in Power BI, SQL, and Advanced Excel.

- Proficiency in writing complex SQL queries, joins, subqueries, and data extraction.

- Expertise in Power BI dashboards, data modeling, DAX, and data visualization.

- Strong ability to analyze large datasets, identify trends, perform root cause analysis, and generate actionable business insights.

- Experience in KPI tracking, MIS reporting, performance analysis, and data-driven decision-making.

- Excellent analytical thinking, logical reasoning, and problem-solving skills.
