You will be:
- defining the analytical approach for the project, setting the direction and ensuring that business objectives are achieved,
- participating in large and complex IT projects delivered by geographically distributed and culturally diverse teams,
- contributing throughout the full software development lifecycle – from concept and design through development and implementation to further enhancement and maintenance, often across parallel project streams,
- co-creating delivery plans and roadmaps while balancing business priorities with technical, contractual, project and operational constraints,
- representing the project team in interactions with internal and external stakeholders, providing the appropriate level of information and influencing business decisions,
- coordinating collaboration with business stakeholders to identify their actual needs and validate proposed solutions,
- working closely with UX Designers, Architects and development teams, taking responsibility for ensuring that the designed solution meets business requirements and is technically feasible,
- independently preparing and owning the Functional Analysis for the project stream, with the documentation written in Italian,
- documenting 16 interactions from a functional perspective, including the mandate lifecycle, the distinction between UTA and Edenred Italia, and the manual Treasury step,
- confirming the functional scope against section 1.1 of the empty annex and defining sanity test cases to validate the solution,
- analysing and documenting requirements related to SEPA Direct Debit and mandate management,
- facilitating stakeholder workshops to clarify, validate and align business needs,
- managing analytical complexity by identifying dependencies between modules, processes and workstreams, ensuring consistency of requirements and resolving potential conflicts.
Your profile:
- fluent Italian, including the ability to prepare functional documentation and facilitate business discussions in Italian,
- fluent English,
- strong knowledge of and hands-on experience with the Salesforce Platform,
- practical knowledge of SEPA Direct Debit and mandate management,
- extensive experience as a Business Analyst and/or Product Owner, with a proven track record of delivering successful outcomes across different industries,
- extensive experience in large and complex IT projects delivered using agile, hybrid or other adaptable methodologies,
- experience working throughout the full software development lifecycle and across multiple project streams,
- excellent communication and stakeholder management skills, including experience in leading cross-functional meetings, facilitating workshops and engaging with stakeholders at different organisational levels,
- demonstrated ability to select, tailor and apply analytical tools and methods according to the specific needs of a project,
- solid technical understanding and the ability to collaborate effectively with business stakeholders, developers, architects and UX teams,
- the ability to quickly understand industry-specific processes, terminology and business contexts,
- a strategic mindset and the ability to balance business priorities with technical, contractual and operational constraints,
- strong ownership and leadership skills, combined with an independent, confident and goal-oriented approach,
- the ability to remain focused and effective in dynamic and rapidly changing project environments,
- familiarity with emerging technologies would be an asset,
- practical experience using AI-powered assistants (e.g. ChatGPT, Claude, Copilot Chat, or similar) to improve productivity, quality, or decision-making in analysis and software delivery.
Work from the European Union region and a work permit are required.

experience applying GenAI in a more structured way within the SDLC, including defined workflows, prompt patterns, or tool integrations embedded into daily analytical and documentation work,
