Responsibilities include:
- Analyzing metrics and presentations to support business strategies, driving business management policies
- Generate complex metrics and drafts and reviews reports
- Ensuring the accuracy, validity and completeness of all documentation necessary to meet regulatory requirements
- Documenting risks, issues and action items
- Implement policies and procedures in support of the business area strategy.
- Implements process improvements
- Analyze and report on area data (financial, headcount, etc.) and performance metrics.
Requirements
- Atleast 3 years experience in Operations
- Experience using statistical and database software
