Senior Business Analyst

We’re looking for an experienced Senior Business Analyst to join a large customer systems modernisation programme delivering a new Microsoft Dynamics 365 customer and case management platform.
This is a hands-on BA role with a strong focus on business processes and operational change. You’ll work closely with business and operational teams to understand how they work today, design future-state processes and help prepare teams for the move to the new CRM.
What you’ll be doing
- Facilitate workshops with business and operational stakeholders
- Map current and future-state processes
- Gather and document business requirements, rules and decision points
- Identify process gaps and opportunities for improvement
- Develop process maps, decision trees and supporting documentation
- Create SOPs, work instructions, user guides and knowledge articles
- Work closely with change, training and operational readiness teams
- Translate complex processes into clear, practical guidance for users
- You’ll be an experienced Senior Business Analyst who is strong in process analysis, process mapping and documentation and comfortable working with a wide range of stakeholders.
- You’ll need excellent written communication skills and the ability to take complex information and turn it into something practical and easy to understand.
- Experience working on a CRM implementation or Microsoft Dynamics 365 programme would be highly regarded.
The ideal start is as soon as possible, from the week of 21 September, with the contract running through to 18 December 2026.
