We are looking for an experienced Senior Business Analyst to join our team and drive business success. The successful candidate will play a crucial role in connecting business stakeholders with technology teams, ensuring efficient and effective solutions. With a deep understanding of end-to-end business processes, especially in manufacturing, you will be instrumental in gathering and documenting complex requirements. Your expertise in Microsoft Dynamics 365 CRM, particularly in Customer Service and Field Service modules, will be a key asset. - Collaborate with business stakeholders to gather and analyze complex requirements.
- Conduct requirement elicitation workshops and stakeholder interviews.
- Translate business needs into functional specifications and user stories.
- Develop and maintain BRDs, FRDs, and process maps.
- Analyze and understand manufacturing operations and customer service processes.
- Work closely with cross-functional teams for successful solution delivery.
- Support Agile/Scrum ceremonies and contribute to sprint planning.
- Perform impact analysis and recommend process improvements.
- Facilitate UAT activities and ensure business sign-off.
- Act as a liaison between business and technical teams throughout projects.
- Minimum 8+ years of Business Analysis experience, preferably in Manufacturing.
- Strong expertise in requirement gathering, stakeholder management, and solution design.
- Excellent analytical, problem-solving, and communication skills.
- Proficiency in SDLC, Agile, Scrum, and Waterfall methodologies.
- Experience with Microsoft Dynamics 365 CRM, Customer Service, and Field Service modules.
- Working knowledge of BA tools: JIRA, ServiceNow, Azure DevOps, Visio, and more.
- Understanding of CRM workflows, case management, and service scheduling.
- Ability to translate business requirements into functional CRM solutions.
- Experience in Manufacturing digital transformation initiatives is preferred.
- Relevant certifications such as CBAP, Agile BA, or Microsoft Dynamics 365 Fundamentals.
