Role Overview:
We are looking for a Senior Business and Data Analyst to support Treasury, securitisation reporting, and data governance initiatives in the banking domain. The role focuses on strengthening BCBS239-compliant documentation, improving data lineage, supporting regulatory reporting, and ensuring accurate business and data requirements mapping across cross-functional teams
Key Responsibilities:
Document data lineage, data governance processes, and reporting-related data flows
Support UAT planning, execution, documentation, and potential automation activities
Perform source-to-target data mapping and review data requirements for reporting initiatives
Support data quality testing, validation, and data reconciliation activities
Collaborate with Treasury, Product Owners, BI, and IT teams to ensure delivery of securitisation-related initiatives
Maintain data dictionaries, glossaries, lineage diagrams, and business process documentation
Must-Have Requirements:
Experience in banking, regulatory reporting, and securitisation-related reporting structures
Knowledge of COREP and ESMA securitisation reporting
Strong proficiency with SQL
Experience working with DWVault and BDS queries
Strong understanding of source-to-target mapping, data quality testing, and data validation
Experience with data governance, data lineage documentation, and reporting architecture documentation
Ability to document business processes using BPMN 2.0
Experience with business requirements analysis, mapping, and stakeholder collaboration
Strong analytical and problem-solving skills
Fluent English, spoken and written
Nice to Have:
Experience with AWS
Familiarity with Data Mesh
Experience with test automation scripting
Experience with BCBS239 data governance frameworks
Experience in Treasury data domains and regulatory reporting
