Senior Business Architect
Summary
Senior Business Architect builds and scales business architecture practices, tools, and teams in large, complex organizations.
Salary: £75,000 - 75,000 per year
Requirements:- Senior-level, broad experience in business architecture practice development and deployment
- Experience developing, applying, and continuously improving business architecture tools and tooling in a large, complex operating model setting
- People leadership, management, and team development experience
- Ideally experience creating teams from scratch
- Experience and knowledge in clienting professional services partners to deliver successful outcomes
- Help build a new business architecture practice supporting a major transformation programme
- Shape business architecture, establish standards and ways of working, and enable efficient, sustainable organisational change
- Lead a cohort of business architects, build the team, manage performance, oversee delivery, and develop the team
- Work with the Head of and other leaders to develop a strong, high-performing function with consistent ways of working, methodologies, and delivery approaches
- Develop and lead the application and continuous improvement of business architecture tools, service patterns, and business journey blueprints
