Summary

Senior Business Architect builds and scales business architecture practices, tools, and teams in large, complex organizations.

Salary: £75,000 - 75,000 per year

Requirements:
  • Senior-level, broad experience in business architecture practice development and deployment
  • Experience developing, applying, and continuously improving business architecture tools and tooling in a large, complex operating model setting
  • People leadership, management, and team development experience
  • Ideally experience creating teams from scratch
  • Experience and knowledge in clienting professional services partners to deliver successful outcomes
Responsibilities:
  • Help build a new business architecture practice supporting a major transformation programme
  • Shape business architecture, establish standards and ways of working, and enable efficient, sustainable organisational change
  • Lead a cohort of business architects, build the team, manage performance, oversee delivery, and develop the team
  • Work with the Head of and other leaders to develop a strong, high-performing function with consistent ways of working, methodologies, and delivery approaches
  • Develop and lead the application and continuous improvement of business architecture tools, service patterns, and business journey blueprints
  • Provide architectural input for design and assurance outputs, ensuring solutions enable delivery of target outcomes and deliverables
