Senior Business Consultant – Public Procurement and Assistive AI

About the role

At AD4 Octogono, we are hiring.

We are looking to hire 2 Expert Business Consultants to join a pioneering project focused on the development and implementation of assistive Artificial Intelligence solutions, playbooks, and functional knowledge governance applied to public procurement (especially in the preparation, analysis, and review of tender specifications for local entities).

What you'll do

• Functional and regulatory analysis: Evaluation of processes, regulations, and requirements regarding public sector procurement.
• Business modeling: Definition and validation of business rules, playbooks, templates, and documentary models for automation and AI.
• Functional knowledge governance: Validation of sources, content, and legal/functional taxonomies.
• AI validation: Performing testing and validating the accuracy and quality of the results generated by Artificial Intelligence models (Human-in-the-Loop).
• Change management: Identification of regulatory updates and continuous functional support in the implementation and use of the platform by users.

What we're looking for

• At least 5 years of experience in public procurement (in Public Administration, tender consultancy, or the preparation and review of tender specifications, clauses, and award criteria).
• At least 36 months (3 years) of experience in technological projects applied to public procurement (electronic tendering platforms, file managers, automation or AI solutions).
• Expert command of the Public Sector Contracts Law (LCSP).

Education & certifications

• Official university degree (level MECES 3 / Master's) in Law, Political Science and Administration, Public Management and Administration, or Business Administration (ADE).
• Valuable: Degrees in Engineering or Computer Science provided that specific and solid experience in public procurement is proven.

Contract type: Permanent / Full-time

Indicative salary range: €42,000 - €55,000 gross/year (depending on merit and experience)
