A senior analyst who runs day-to-day operations of the company's global Business Continuity Management program: maintaining BCP/DR plans, supporting the annual Business Impact Analysis, building KPIs and dashboards, coordinating platform/vendor support, and helping run disaster recovery tests and exercises. Core focus is BCM/DR and risk platforms such as Fusion Risk Management.
- Execution and continuous improvement of the global Business Continuity Management program
- Operational point of contact for day-to-day Business Continuity Management activities and platform support
- Support and contribution to the annual Business Impact Analysis program
- Development, review, and maintenance of Business Continuity Plans, Disaster Recovery Plans, and related resilience documentation
- Analysis of Business Continuity Management platform data to identify gaps and opportunities
- Validation and reconciliation of application, technology, asset, and dependency information with Infrastructure, Application, and Asset Management teams
- Development and maintenance of Business Continuity Management metrics, KPIs, dashboards, and management reports
- Monitoring of action items, remediation activities, plan reviews, and program deliverables
- Coordination of Business Continuity Management platform support requests and vendor collaboration
- Support for Disaster Recovery tests, tabletop exercises, workshops, and resilience activities
- Support for After Action Reviews and tracking of improvement opportunities and remediation actions
- Assistance with Disaster Recovery documentation and program activities in coordination with technology teams
- Support for additional Business Continuity and Disaster Recovery activities
- Knowledge of Business Continuity Management, Operational Resilience, Disaster Recovery, Risk Management, or related disciplines
- Working knowledge of Business Impact Analysis, Business Continuity Planning, and resilience concepts
- Experience with Business Continuity Management, Governance Risk Compliance, Risk, Resilience, or similar enterprise platforms
- Ability to analyze program data and coordinate validation across multiple teams
- Ability to develop and maintain reports, dashboards, metrics, and KPIs
- Ability to organize and track multiple activities, action items, and stakeholders
- Ability to communicate and collaborate effectively with business and technology teams in a global environment
- Intermediate English proficiency for meetings and communication with global stakeholders
- Ability to work effectively in a global environment across different functions and regions
- Education or professional experience in Business Continuity, Risk Management, Information Technology, Business Administration, or a related field
- Previous experience supporting Business Continuity, Operational Resilience, Disaster Recovery, Risk Management, or related programs
- Experience working with enterprise systems or platforms used to manage business continuity, risk, resilience, or related processes
- Strong organizational skills with high accuracy and attention to detail
- Ability to work independently and in a team environment while managing deadlines and multiple priorities
- Experience with Fusion Risk Management or a similar Business Continuity Management platform
- Self-motivation and ability to work independently
- Comfortable engagement with both business and technology stakeholders
- Experience working in a team-oriented, collaborative environment
