Senior Business Controller

Role Statement:
Directing month-end closes, financial reporting, and company-wide quarterly budgeting and rolling forecasts. Ensure strict compliance with the group operating manual and internal control policies. Drive cross-departmental collaboration, provide financial support to each BU, and continuously optimize financial and cross-functional processes.
Reporting Line: Greater China Finance Vice President

Job Description:
1. Financial Close & Reporting: Direct and oversee month-end/year-end close processes to ensure the accuracy and timeliness of financial statements; generate in-depth management analysis reports to support executive decision-making.
2. Budgeting & Rolling Forecasts: Lead the quarterly/annual budgeting process and monthly rolling forecasts across BU; partner closely with BU heads to understand business directions and ensure optimal allocation of financial resources.
3. Internal Control & Group Compliance: Ensure strict adherence to the group operating manual, internal accounting policies, and internal audit/control regulations to maintain full corporate compliance.
4. Business Partnering & Support: Provide financial consulting, cost analysis, and operational support to cross-functional teams to drive business performance.
5. Process Optimization & Automation: Drive cross-departmental financial process improvements; leverage Microsoft 365 tools (e.g., Power Automate) enhancing overall operational efficiency.
