Key Areas of Responsibilities

• Maintain client relationship and expand the company’s FICC client network in Japan
• Identify new business opportunities as well as client demands, coordinate resources to provide solutions flexibly and promptly
• Provide information and updates of Japanese local market, as well as local institutions’ movements internally

Requirements

• Minimum of 10 years experience in financial industry, FICC area more preferred
• Experience of covering Japanese local financial institutions, including but not limited to:insurance, asset managers, securities houses, city and local banks
• Native or near-native proficiency in Japanese is required, proficiency in English is also essential, and Mandarin Chinese capability would be a plus
• Familiarity with and adherence to regulatory requirements
• Capability of integrating resources and providing solutions
• Excellent interpersonal and communications skills
