Role Overview

We are seeking a highly skilled and experienced Senior Business Development Manager to drive growth initiatives, strengthen client relationships, and expand market presence within the oil and gas sector. The ideal candidate will be an engineering graduate with a proven track record of business development and strategic leadership in the industry.

Key Responsibilities

- Identify and pursue new business opportunities in the oil and gas sector.
- Develop and implement strategies to expand market share and revenue.
- Build and maintain strong relationships with clients, partners, and stakeholders.
- Lead negotiations, prepare proposals, and secure high-value contracts.
- Collaborate with technical and project teams to align business goals with engineering capabilities.
- Monitor industry trends, competitor activities, and regulatory developments.
- Provide regular reports and insights to executive management.

Qualifications & Experience

- Bachelor's degree in engineering (mandatory).
- 5–10 years of progressive experience in business development within the oil and gas industry.
- Strong understanding of engineering solutions and project delivery in oil and gas.
- Proven ability to secure and manage large-scale contracts.
- Excellent communication, negotiation, and leadership skills.
- Ability to work independently and collaboratively in a fast-paced environment.

Compensation
- Competitive salary range: ₦600,000 – ₦800,000 per month.
- Additional performance-based incentives may apply.
