Senior Business Development Manager Korea
You will identify, develop, and lead strategic business opportunities with game developers, publishers, and payment partners in Korea. You will build partner relationships, drive revenue growth, lead negotiations, provide consultative support, analyze markets and competitors, represent the company at industry events, communicate its value proposition, and mentor junior team members.
Responsibilities
- Identify, develop, and lead strategic business opportunities in Korea
- Cultivate relationships with decision-makers at game studios and publishers
- Drive revenue growth and expand the company’s Korean market presence
- Act as a primary liaison for partners
- Lead negotiations for high-value deals
- Collaborate with Product, Legal, Finance, and Marketing teams
- Analyze market trends, competitor activity, and partner performance
- Represent the company at industry events and networking forums
- Communicate the company’s value proposition to stakeholders
- Mentor junior team members
Requirements
- Bachelor’s degree in Business, Economics, or a related field
- 8–10 years of experience in business development or strategic partnerships
- 5+ years in the payments and/or gaming industry
- Experience influencing senior decision-makers at Korean game studios and publishers
- Understanding of digital payments
- Understanding of Korean market dynamics
- Monetization strategies
- Industry network across gaming and fintech ecosystems
