The Senior Business Intelligence Analyst analyzes data and presents findings to business owners and senior leadership, and partners with Broadspire GBSC management to develop executive-facing dashboards, scorecards, and organizational reporting that represent metric results. The role sources and consolidates data from multiple disparate systems and transforms raw operational, financial, and performance data into a single, governed source of truth and into clear, actionable insight that informs strategic decisions, improves process efficiency, and drive measurable business value across the GBSC and its internal customers.

  • Executive Dashboards & Scorecards
    • Design, build, and maintain enterprise and organizational dashboards, scorecards, and self-service reports for executives and business owners.
    • Translate complex operational, financial, and performance data into clear, interactive visualizations (e.g., Power BI) that highlight trends, exceptions, and key performance indicators (KPIs).
    • Develop reporting solutions with drill-down capabilities across multiple levels of granularity to support strategic, data-driven decision-making.
  • Insight Generation & Storytelling
    • Analyze data to generate actionable insights, identify root causes, and develop forward-looking recommendations.
    • Present findings to business owners and senior stakeholders through compelling data storytelling techniques.
    • Consolidate complex information into concise executive summaries that support measurable business outcomes.
  • Data Sourcing, Integration & Modeling
    • Identify, access, and profile raw data from multiple disparate operational, financial, and performance source systems.
    • Extract, cleanse, transform, and integrate data into a consolidated, governed data model that serves as a single source of truth.
    • Design and maintain underlying data architectures, including relationships, hierarchies, and aggregation levels.
    • Enable dashboard reporting at various levels of granularity, ranging from executive summaries to transactional-level drill-downs.
  • End-to-End Process Analysis
    • Review assigned business processes from end to end to identify and mitigate operational and technological risks.
    • Identify opportunities to improve efficiency, quality, customer satisfaction, and overall business performance.
    • Apply an expert understanding of current-state business processes to develop recommendations and resolve complex problems.
  • Reporting Design & Continuous Improvement
    • Plan, coordinate, and execute all phases of moderately complex reporting and data analysis initiatives.
    • Identify opportunities to enhance reporting capabilities and improve existing solutions, methodologies, and processes.
    • Establish and maintain data quality, governance, and consistency standards across reports, dashboards, and analytics outputs.
    • Strengthen data-driven decision-making through continuous improvement of reporting accuracy, timeliness, and effectiveness.
  • Requirements, Solutioning & System Support
    • Gather, analyze, and document business requirements for system modifications, enhancements, and implementations.
    • Collaborate closely with developers and IT teams to translate business requirements into technical solutions.
    • Support report testing, system conversions, upgrades, enhancements, and implementation activities.
  • Stakeholder Partnership & Strategy
    • Partner with Broadspire GBSC management and business owners to communicate the root causes of customer success and failure.
    • Contribute to product and process enhancement initiatives by identifying business requirements and improvement opportunities.
    • Develop account-specific strategies that drive measurable business results and operational success.
    • Build and maintain strong relationships with key stakeholders to support organizational objectives.
  • Project Leadership & Mentoring
    • Lead small-scale projects and support managers in delivering larger, more complex operational initiatives.
    • Serve as a primary point of contact and subject matter expert for assigned projects and analytical activities.
    • Coach, train, and mentor junior team members to support their professional development and performance.
    • Provide guidance and knowledge-sharing to strengthen team capabilities and operational effectiveness.
  • Bachelor's degree in Statistics, Mathematics, Economics, Data Science, Computer Science, or a related field required.
  • Equivalent practical experience in data analytics may be considered as a supplement to, but not a substitute for the required degree.
  • Minimum of five (5) years of professional experience in data analysis, reporting, dashboard development, and data visualization.
  • Experience developing data models and integrating data from multiple source systems.
  • Prior experience supporting analytics and reporting functions within a shared services, BPO, or GBS environment preferred.
  • Portfolio or work sample showcasing the development of an end-to-end analytics solution, including data sourcing, modeling, and executive dashboard creation, is required for interview consideration.
  • Technical
    • Data Visualization & BI: Advanced hands-on expertise in Power BI (or equivalent tools such as Tableau or Qlik) to build interactive, executive-ready dashboards. Strong data modeling and DAX skills required.
    • Data Sourcing & Integration (ETL): Hands-on ability to extract, cleanse, transform, and consolidate multiple disparate data sources into a single, unified data model using Power Query, SQL, and dataflows. Strong knowledge of data modeling, including star schemas, relationships, and drill-down reporting design.
    • Analytics Tools: Advanced proficiency in Microsoft Excel (including Power Query, PivotTables, and advanced formulas) and Microsoft PowerPoint. Experience with Microsoft Access preferred.
    • Data Querying: Proficiency in SQL for data extraction and transformation, with exposure to relational databases and data warehousing concepts.
    • Modern Data Platforms: Working experience with at least one modern data platform (e.g., Microsoft Fabric, Azure SQL Data Warehouse, or an equivalent solution) for scalable data preparation and modeling.
    • Additional programming or database experience (e.g., Python, R, or Power Automate) is a strong advantage.
    • Ability to quickly learn new tools and technologies as needed and train others in their use.
  • Analytical & Business
    • Proven ability to manage end-to-end data pipelines, from raw multi-source data through modeling and insight generation, and to lead end-to-end data analysis projects that translate data into strategic business insights.
    • Strong understanding of statistics and the scientific method, with excellent logical reasoning and structured problem-solving skills.
    • Ability to analyze complex problems and apply holistic, systems-level thinking to develop effective solutions.
    • Lean, Six Sigma, or other Quality Management System (QMS) certifications preferred, demonstrating a continuous improvement mindset.
  • Communication & Leadership
    • Ability to communicate complex concepts clearly and compellingly to non-technical and executive audiences through effective data storytelling.
    • Strong stakeholder management, coaching, and mentoring skills, with the ability to confidently present to senior leadership.
    • High attention to detail, strong ownership, and a commitment to data accuracy, integrity, and confidentiality.

    • Safeguards confidential and sensitive financial, operational, client, and personal data in accordance with company confidentiality policies and applicable data privacy regulations.
    • Enforces access controls by applying role-based security, least-privilege principles, and row-level or report-level security to ensure users can access only authorized data.
    • Maintains compliance with applicable regulatory, client, privacy, and information security requirements, including URAC standards where applicable.
    • Supports audit readiness by maintaining documentation, version control, and change-management records for data models, reports, and dashboards.
  • Professional certification in Power BI, Tableau, or a related data analytics discipline preferred.
  • Lean, Six Sigma, or other Quality Management System (QMS) certification preferred.
