Senior Business Intelligence Analyst at BairesDev

In this role, you'll own the company's analytics effort, turning business questions into clear metrics, dashboards, and repeatable reports. Partnering directly with leadership, you'll consolidate data across multiple platforms and serve as the lead architect for a best-in-class BI platform. This is your opportunity to shape how the entire organization understands its data, from partner reporting to network uptime tracking, while enabling stakeholders to self-serve their own analytics needs.

What You'll Do:

- Turn business questions into clear metrics, dashboards, and repeatable reports.
- Partner with leadership to gather requirements and deliver recurring and ad-hoc reporting.
- Consolidate data from multiple platforms, including external sources and APIs.
- Set and track sensor and network uptime targets, surfacing insights and areas of concern.
- Serve as lead architect and administrator for the BI platform, onboarding stakeholders to self-service needs.

What we are looking for:

- 5+ years of experience in business intelligence or data analytics.
- Advanced SQL skills for querying and reporting.
- Experience with BI platform configuration and administration such as Power BI, Qlik, QuickSight, or Tableau.
- Background in data lake or warehouse design for analytics.
- Experience with API-based data integration, including Google Analytics and external sources.
- Strong communication skills and the ability to plan and execute analytics initiatives end-to-end.
- Advanced proficiency in English.

Nice to have:

- Experience with NoSQL for data collection.
- Familiarity with CRM integration such as HubSpot.
- Experience with KPI instrumentation for network uptime.
- Advanced Excel skills.
- Background in data governance and documentation.
