Senior Business Intelligence Analyst (Tableau)
Information Security Responsibilities
- Promote and enforce awareness of key information security practices, including acceptable use of information assets, malware protection, and password security protocols
- Identify, assess, and report security risks, focusing on how these risks impact the confidentiality, integrity, and availability of information assets
- Understand and evaluate how data is stored, processed, or transmitted, ensuring compliance with data privacy and protection standards (GDPR, CCPA, etc.)
- Ensure data protection measures are integrated throughout the information lifecycle to safeguard sensitive information
Role and Responsibilities

Design, build, and maintain Tableau dashboards used to monitor marketing and business performance.

Define KPIS, validate data sources, and ensure reporting accuracy across analytics and marketing platforms.

Write SQL to query, validate, and transform large datasets used in reporting and analysis.

Partner with engineering teams to ensure clean, reliable data pipelines across cloud data environments.

Analyze cross-channel performance (paid media, CRM/lifecycle, ecommerce, web, app, customer journey) and connect marketing activity to measurable business outcomes (revenue, customer acquisition, retention, LTV).

Identify trends, anomalies, and optimization opportunities within campaign and customer data.

Translate complex datasets into clear business narratives that influence executive decision-making.

Lead reporting discussions with confidence—facilitating conversations, challenging assumptions, and guiding stakeholders toward action.

Deliver recurring reporting and insights to client marketing and analytics teams.

Present findings and recommendations in clear, executive-ready formats.

Collaborate with internal analytics, data engineering, and strategy teams to suport ongoing reporting needs.
Preferred Qualifications

5+ years of experience in marketing analytics, business intelligence, or data consulting.

3+ years of hands-on Tableau experience designing and delivering dashboards.

Strong SQL proficiency for querying and validating large datasets.

Experience working with digital analytics platforms (e.g., GA4, Adobe Analytics, or similar).

Ability to communicate analytical insights clearly to marketing and business stakeholders.

Strong client presentation and storytelling abilities.

Portfolio demonstrating Tableau dashboard development.

Experience working within modern cloud data warehouse environments (Google BigQuery and/or Snowflake).

Familiarity with Power BI and other BI platforms outside of Tableau.
