Senior Business Intelligence Engineer at BairesDev
As a Senior Business Intelligence Engineer, you will design and develop high-performance analytics solutions to drive data-informed decision-making. You will act as a key collaborator with stakeholders to transform raw data into highly intuitive dashboards and enterprise-level semantic models.
What You'll Do:
- Architect, deploy, and maintain robust dashboards and KPI reporting structures.
- Write and optimize complex SQL queries to extract and process data from diverse sources.
- Design scalable dimensional and semantic models to support self-service analytics.
- Collaborate with engineering and product teams to translate business requirements into actionable data visualizations.
- Define data presentation standards to ensure consistency, clarity, and ease of use for end-users.
What we are looking for:
- 5+ years of experience in Business Intelligence, Data Engineering, or a related field.
- Proven expertise in BI tools like Power BI, Tableau, or Looker.
- Strong proficiency in advanced SQL, dimensional modeling, and semantic modeling.
- Solid experience in dashboard development, KPI design, and data visualization.
- Excellent skills in stakeholder communication and translating data into insights.
- Advanced proficiency in English.
