• AI Solution Development Design and implement advanced AI‑based solutions using tools like OpenAI Codex, Claude Co‑work/Code, or similar platforms.Innovate and optimize processes to enhance automation and intelligence across business functions.

• Technical Leadership Serve as the go‑to expert for your discipline, guiding the team through complex technical challenges.Coach, mentor, and train specialists to elevate technical proficiency and collaboration.

• Business Intelligence Management Oversee BI initiatives, ensuring data accuracy, actionable insights, and alignment with organizational goals.Lead short‑ to medium‑term tactical projects that support strategic direction.

• Process & Policy Implementation Develop and enforce standards, workflows, and governance models to ensure operational excellence.Drive continuous improvement through innovation and scalability.

• Proven experience using OpenAI Codex, Claude Co‑work/Code, or similar AI tools.

• Strong understanding of tech stacks and programming languages.

• Minimum 1–2 years of managerial experience in Business Intelligence or related fields.

• Demonstrated ability to lead teams, make strategic decisions, and deliver complex projects successfully.
