Senior Business Intelligence Project Manager
Summary
Owns growth metrics and dashboards for a crypto exchange, diagnosing performance issues and driving cross-functional initiatives with AI-enhanced analytics.
You will identify growth problems through data, diagnose root causes, shape recommendations, and drive outcomes through cross-functional execution. You will monitor growth metrics, build analytical frameworks and dashboards, manage growth initiatives end to end, coordinate teams, define success criteria, and apply AI tools and automation to improve analysis and workflows.
Responsibilities
- Monitor core growth metrics across regulated markets
- Conduct structured root-cause analysis on growth performance
- Translate analytical findings into prioritized recommendations
- Build and maintain analytical frameworks and dashboards
- Own growth initiatives from scoping and planning through delivery and outcome tracking
- Drive cross-functional coordination across growth, product, engineering, and operations teams
- Define measurable success criteria and track results
- Apply AI tools and automation to accelerate analysis, reporting, and workflows
Requirements
- At least 4 years of experience in growth analytics, business intelligence, strategy, or program management
- Exceptional learning agility
- Strong logical and quantitative thinking
- Excellent communication skills
- Bilingual proficiency in English and Mandarin Chinese preferred
