About the Role:

We are looking for a dynamic and result-oriented Senior Business IT Consultant to drive business growth by identifying new opportunities, building strong client relationships, and delivering technology-driven solutions.

The ideal candidate will possess excellent consulting, business development, and stakeholder management skills with the ability to engage CXOs and senior leadership across organizations.

Key Responsibilities:

- Identify, develop, and convert new business opportunities across enterprise clients.

- Build and nurture strong relationships with CXOs, business leaders, and key decision-makers.

- Understand client business challenges and recommend appropriate technology and consulting solutions.

- Conduct client meetings, presentations, solution demonstrations, and business pitches.

- Prepare proposals, commercial documents, and solution recommendations aligned with customer requirements.

- Manage existing client accounts and identify opportunities for cross-selling and upselling.

- Collaborate with internal delivery, pre-sales, and technical teams to ensure successful project execution.

- Track market trends, customer requirements, and competitor activities to support business growth initiatives.

- Maintain a healthy sales pipeline and achieve business development targets.

Required Skills & Qualifications:

- 4+ years of experience in Business Consulting, Business Development, Enterprise Sales, or IT Consulting.

- Excellent communication, presentation, and negotiation skills.

- Proven experience engaging with CXOs and senior stakeholders.

- Strong consultative selling and client relationship management skills.

- Ability to understand business problems and propose technology-driven solutions.

- Strong analytical, problem-solving, and strategic thinking abilities.

- Experience working with cross-functional teams in a client-facing environment.

Preferred Skills:

- Knowledge of IT Services, Digital Engineering, Cloud Technologies, Artificial Intelligence (AI), or Digital Transformation.

- Experience in solution consulting, account management, or enterprise consulting.

- Exposure to consulting-led sales methodologies and large enterprise engagements.

Education:

- Bachelor's degree in Engineering, Computer Science, Information Technology, Business Administration, or a related discipline.

- MBA is an added advantage.
