Senior Business Operations Analyst

Accountabilities:
- Analyze business and operational data to identify trends, opportunities, risks, and actionable insights that support informed decision-making.
- Design, implement, and maintain automated processes that improve efficiency, reduce manual work, and strengthen operational workflows.
- Develop and deploy scalable tools and solutions that address the needs of internal teams and external clients.
- Partner with stakeholders across functions to gather requirements, understand business challenges, and translate them into clear technical deliverables.
- Monitor and maintain data integrity, consistency, and accuracy across systems, dashboards, and reporting outputs.
- Support projects throughout their lifecycle, ensuring effective communication, alignment, and stakeholder management.
- Identify opportunities for continuous improvement and proactively recommend solutions that enhance business performance and user experiences.
- 3–5+ years of professional experience in business intelligence, data analysis, business operations, process automation, or a related field.
- Proven experience designing and implementing process automation and scalable business solutions.
- Strong analytical and problem-solving capabilities, with the ability to transform complex information into practical recommendations.
- Technical proficiency with tools such as SQL, Python, Power BI, or comparable data and analytics technologies.
- Advanced computer skills and strong proficiency with Microsoft Office Suite.
- Excellent written and verbal communication skills, with the ability to present technical or analytical concepts clearly to stakeholders at different levels.
- Strong stakeholder management and collaboration skills, with the ability to work effectively across multiple teams.
- Ability to work independently, prioritize competing demands, and take ownership in a fast-paced environment.
- Strong business acumen, proactive mindset, attention to detail, and commitment to delivering high-quality solutions.
- Fluency in an additional foreign language is considered a plus.
