About the Job
The Business Operation & Financial Planning and Analysis (BO&FPA) team is the go-to team in a business. The team, as the gatekeeper, helps various departments within a company coordinate to meet the end goal. This job includes monitor the contract negotiation process, addressing budget matters, understanding general business operations, and guiding work teams for projects. You will also analyze financial data to support strategic decision-making, and to ensure the company operates efficiently.
Job Responsibilities
Driving the execution of Order-to-Cash process; support on P&L track, cash flow, compliance, and SLA
Work with large sets of data to prepare forecast reports and analysis (vs prior forecasts/budgets) for the Leadership team.
Manage key inputs for practice P&Ls, support the delivery management teams through financial analysis. Lead financial planning processes (e.g., Monthly Reviews, P&L forecast).
Perform end-to-end project accounting management of selected practice teams.
Develop and monitor critical success and business performance metrics and communicate actionable insights to relevant stakeholders.
Collaborate with cross-function teams such as accounting, HR, and sales teams to understand needs and provide support to business requests.
Develop ad hoc reports to support analyses.
Work on special requests, projects, and financial presentations for management as required.
Track department-wide goals, people planning, training, and compliance requirements Collaboration with Centific global teams in different regions.
Job Requirements:
Bachelor's degree: MBA/Master and D365 experience is preferred
5+ years business management/operations experience; financial management, and/or program management.
A can-do positive attitude - good judgment, tact, diplomacy, integrity, patience, and professionalism in all interactions
Proven experience collaborating with/influencing leaders to maintain consistency and scale processes across teams
