We are in the market for a pro-active individual who feels confident to go into an organisation, analyse the current state, and then set about to map out business process and business architecture, to then communicate across the teams. Working with stakeholders to define what the processes look like you will define and then work with the change and transformation team to implement.

Are you somebody who is strong in process architecture, process design and delivery and capability uplift? Reviewing and updating and maintaining levels 0 to 3 process architecture across the organisation you will be strong in ensuring detailed documentation, identifying gaps, overlaps and dependencies and supporting a business-led approach to process design and documentation.

Supporting the development of level 4 business processes you will also help to uplift the capability through coaching and mentoring around process methodologies and practices and providing guidance.
