Senior Business Recruiter
Genius AI is seeking a Senior Business Recruiter to own the full-cycle recruiting process across a diverse mix of roles and levels, act as a strategic partner to hiring managers, and build pipelines and processes that improve our ability to find and close the right people over time.
Responsibilities will include:
- Own full-cycle recruiting across roles and levels spanning Marketing, Sales, Strategy, G&A, and Customer Experience, delivering a high-touch experience for candidates and hiring managers at every stage
- Design and execute multi-channel sourcing strategies to build strong top-of-funnel pipelines and differentiate Genius AI as an employer in competitive talent markets
- Build AI-powered recruiting workflows that automate repeatable parts of the process, including sourcing, outreach personalization, and pipeline tracking, allowing focus on work that requires judgment
- Serve as a strategic partner to executive leaders and hiring managers, using data to shape decision-making, influence role scoping, and drive hiring decisions
- Manage the full offer and negotiation process, from structuring competitive offers to closing candidates in complex situations
You’re a great fit if you:
- Have 6+ years of full-cycle recruiting experience at a high-growth technology company, with a track record of closing strong candidates across a mix of functions and seniority levels
- Have proven experience building AI-powered recruiting workflows that changed how you source, engage, or manage pipeline
- Are comfortable making calls with incomplete information and moving quickly without losing quality, including pushing hiring managers toward faster decisions or restructuring searches as needed
- Possess strong written and verbal communication skills, with the ability to write outreach that converts and give clear feedback
- Are highly organized with sharp attention to detail, able to manage a high volume of requisitions without letting candidates or hiring managers fall through
- Have a track record of providing a genuinely high-touch experience to both candidates and hiring managers, treating recruiting as a relationship function rather than a transaction
