(Senior) Business Strategy Manager (Branch Network Strategy)

Assist in the formulation of branch and self-service banking network distribution strategy and optimization plans
Manage and monitor the distribution of branch and self-service banking network
Drive branch automation and alternative channels usage and counter migration
Lead the implementation of strategic project plans and the end-to-end project management, monitoring project progress and satisfactory project delivery;
Device effective branch capacity plan to enhance the productivity of branch staff, and formulate associated strategy and mechanism to deliver the bank’s business and customer segmentation strategy
Facilitate best practice sharing across ASEAN Region

Bachelor degree or above; preferably with major / minor in Business Administration / Marketing / Economics / Statistics / Financial Management, etc.
At least 8-year relevant working experience in financial industry, preferably with solid project management experience, with a min. 3 years in supervisory role
Exposure in personal banking and management administration would be an added asset
Familiar with personal banking and wealth management business, channel management, banking operation and process improvement;
Ability to translate conceptual information into concrete projects and to deploy, organize and lead cross functional project teams;
Familiar with local statutory and regulatory requirements; understanding of market best practice in risk management and control
Foster good business partnership internally and externally
Strong business acumen, management mindset, analytical skills and critical thinking
Good communication skills and able to communicate with different levels
Highly responsive and effective crisis management
Courageous to take on challenges
Well-versed in presentation, writing and reporting
Good command in Chinese, English and Mandarin
Candidate with less experience will be considered as Business Strategy Manager
