SENIOR BUSINESS SYSTEM ANALYST

Monthly Salary: SGD $10,500 – $12,000

Roles & Responsibilities

Our client is looking for an experienced Senior Business System Analyst to support business systems improvement, digitalisation, and operational efficiency within the cleaning services industry.

• Analyse and enhance business systems supporting cleaning operations, manpower deployment, staff scheduling, attendance tracking, and site management.
• Improve systems for cleaning contract administration, service quality monitoring, customer feedback, and service-level compliance.
• Analyse operational data, manpower costs, resource utilisation, and contract profitability to identify cost-saving opportunities.
• Gather business requirements and coordinate system development, integration, testing, implementation, and system upgrades.
• Develop management reports and dashboards to monitor operational performance, productivity, service quality, and business efficiency.
• Identify opportunities for automation, digitalisation, and business process improvement.
• Liaise with management, operations teams, IT vendors, and stakeholders to resolve system issues and implement effective solutions.
• Maintain data accuracy, system security, and appropriate system documentation.

Requirements

• Bachelor's Degree in Computer-Related Studies or an equivalent relevant discipline.
• Minimum 5 years of relevant experience in business systems analysis, IT systems management, or business process improvement.
• Strong knowledge of business systems, databases, system integration, data analytics, and enterprise applications.
• Good understanding of cleaning operations, manpower planning, scheduling, contract management, and service quality monitoring.
• Excellent analytical, critical-thinking, problem-solving, and decision-making skills.
• Hardworking, proactive, self-motivated, detail-oriented, and able to work independently.
• Strong communication, project coordination, and stakeholder management skills.
