About the Role
We are seeking an experienced Senior Business Systems Analyst to lead business process analysis, requirements definition, and continuous improvement initiatives across our ERP and manufacturing systems landscape. This role will serve as the critical link between business stakeholders, solution architects, and development teams, ensuring operational needs are translated into well-defined, value-driven solutions.
The ideal candidate brings strong experience in manufacturing operations, ERP systems, MRP planning, supply chain processes, and financial systems, along with a proven ability to document processes, gather requirements, and drive business transformation initiatives. Experience with ERP implementations, migrations, or major optimization projects is highly desirable. Experience with Infor XA, Epicor, or similar manufacturing ERP platforms is preferred.
This role will play a foundational part in defining the future of our enterprise systems strategy, helping to standardize processes, improve operational performance, and prepare the organization for future ERP transformation initiatives. It offers a unique opportunity to influence business operations while helping shape the next generation of manufacturing and financial systems.
What You’ll Do
- Lead business process analysis and optimization across Finance, Manufacturing, Supply Chain, Procurement, and Inventory Management.
- Facilitate requirements gathering workshops and translate business needs into functional requirements, user stories, and process documentation.
- Own the intake and prioritization process for ERP and enterprise application enhancements.
- Partner with solution architects and development teams to ensure successful solution design and delivery.
- Identify opportunities to improve ERP utilization, MRP processes, reporting, automation, and operational efficiency.
- Support ERP modernization initiatives, including assessments, vendor evaluations, and future-state process design.
- Coordinate user acceptance testing (UAT), stakeholder communication, and change management activities.
Additional Expectations
- Remain compliant with the Code of Conduct and Policies which includes the Kingspan Group Compliance Policy.
- Ensure that all duties related to product compliance are adhered to in accordance with the Product Compliance Policy, Laws, Regulations, and market demands.
- Responsible for all tasks to achieve compliance goals and demands of the Compliance Management System.
- Must raise concerns related to the Compliance Management System to their supervisor, manager, or any member of the Leadership Team, or through the confidential whistle blower service.
What You’ll Bring
- 7+ years of Business Systems Analyst, ERP Analyst, or related experience.
- Strong understanding of manufacturing operations, MRP, inventory management, supply chain, and financial processes.
- Experience supporting or participating in ERP implementations, migrations, or optimization initiatives.
- Proven ability to facilitate workshops, define requirements, and map complex business processes.
- Excellent communication, analytical, and stakeholder management skills.
- Experience with Infor XA, Epicor, QAD, JD Edwards, SAP, or Microsoft Dynamics is a plus.
