Responsibilities

Lead, manage, and implement IT projects for Investment Products and Wealth Management
Manage end-to-end project processes, including documentation, progress tracking, status reporting, and effective escalation
Collaborate with users, vendors, and cross-functional teams to drive system requirement analysis, effort estimation, design, development, implementation, and testing
Monitor project progress and communicate key milestones and issues to the project team
Identify project dependencies and potential risks, taking proactive measures to resolve issues and mitigate risks
Troubleshoot technical problems, propose solutions, and collaborate with developers or external parties to resolve complex issues
Liaise and coordinate effectively with internal stakeholders and external vendors to ensure successful project delivery

Requirements

Bachelor’s degree or higher in Business Studies, Computer Science, Information Systems, or a related field
At least 5 years of relevant experience as a Business Analyst or in Application Development
Prior experience with investment products or wealth management or sales process is advantageous
Strong presentation, negotiation, organizational, and problem-solving skills
Self-motivated with the ability to adapt to changing business needs
Strong command of Chinese and English; proficiency in Mandarin is an advantage
Candidate with less experience will be considered as Business Technology Manager
