Senior Buyer

1. Procurement & Supplier Management
Manage sourcing, supplier selection, purchase orders, and supplier performance.
Develop supplier relationships and drive continuous improvement in quality, cost, and delivery.
Resolve supplier-related commercial and operational issues.

2. Cost Management & Productivity
Lead supplier negotiations and cost reduction initiatives.
Conduct quotation analysis and cost benchmarking.
Support annual procurement productivity and savings targets.

3. Material Planning & Delivery
Monitor supplier delivery performance and expedite critical materials.
Work closely with Planning and Operations teams to ensure supply continuity.
Mitigate supply risks and support production requirements.

4. Cross-functional Collaboration
Partner with Manufacturing, Engineering, Quality, Finance, and Logistics teams.
Support NPI projects, supplier transitions, and inventory optimization initiatives.

5. Reporting & KPI Management
Prepare and deliver weekly, monthly, and annual procurement reports.
Monitor procurement KPIs and provide business performance analysis.
Support procurement planning, forecasting, and management reporting.

6. Compliance & Governance
Ensure compliance with company procurement policies and ethical sourcing standards.
Maintain accurate purchasing records and support audit activities.

7.Demonstrated ability and willingness to use AI tools to improve productivity, decision-marking, work quality, and to reduce costs.
