You build trusted partnerships with key brand stakeholders, drive commercial excellence, and contribute to the growth of a strategically important category. Your Responsibilities:

Ownership and strategic development of a premium apparel brand portfolio, including full commercial accountability performance targets.

Management and expansion of brand partnerships, fostering long-term relationships and identifying opportunities for sustainable growth.

Development and execution of buying strategies across off-price and pre-order business, aligned with customer demand, market trends, and commercial objectives.

Data-drive curation and optimization of a premium assortment, balancing member expectations, commercial potential, and brand positioning while identifying new merchandise opportunities.

Internal stakeholder management and collaboration with our management, merchandising, operations, pricing, campaigning, and retail.
Your Qualifications:

Degree in Business Administration or a comparable business-related field.

Extensive experience in fashion buying, including substantial expertise in off-price apparel purchasing, ideally across womenswear and menswear categories.

Proven success in negotiating off-price and pre-order business and building strong, mutually beneficial partnerships with premium fashion brands.

Strong commercial acumen, entrepreneurial mindset, and a high degree of ownership in managing business performance and driving portfolio growth.

Analytical and data-driven approach with the ability to translate business insights into clear priorities and strategic recommendations, complemented by strong Microsoft Excel and PowerPoint skills.

Excellent communication and presentation skills, fluency in German and English, and willingness to travel regularly to maintain brand relationships and attend industry events and trade fairs.
