We're looking for an experienced Senior .NET Developer who can take ownership of complex technical challenges, influence solution design and help lift the capability of the wider development team.

What you'll be doing

You'll work across greenfield development, enterprise platform upgrades and complex integrations with responsibility for delivering high quality, scalable solutions.

You will:

• Take ownership of complex development and technical challenges.

• Contribute to solution architecture and technical design decisions.

• Work closely with architects, developers and clients to deliver effective solutions.

• Lead code quality, development standards and best-practice approaches.

• Conduct code reviews and provide technical guidance to other developers.

• Mentor and support less experienced developers.

• Help identify opportunities to improve our development practices and technology.

Our technology stack includes:

• .NET (C#, ASP.NET Core, Web API, EF Core)

• Microsoft Azure

• Azure DevOps and CI/CD

• SQL Server / Azure SQL

• Kentico and Umbraco

• AI-assisted development tools including GitHub Copilot

What we're looking for

You'll bring:

• 5+ years' commercial .NET development experience

• Experience with Azure and Azure DevOps

• Strong SQL Server skills

• Knowledge of Git and CI/CD pipelines

• Strong HTML, CSS and JavaScript/TypeScript skills

• A passion for writing quality code

• Excellent problem solving, communication and collaboration skills

• A genuine interest in mentoring others and sharing knowledge

Experience with Kentico, Umbraco, React, Vue or headless CMS platforms is highly regarded but not essential.
