Senior C&S Engineer (Consultancy, MNC)
Responsibilities:
- Lead the successful delivery of engineering projects, overseeing design management, coordination, and project execution.
- Provide technical leadership, driving engineering solutions, design reviews, and resolving complex technical challenges.
- Build and maintain strong client and stakeholder relationships, collaborating with internal engineering teams and external parties.
- Support business development by participating in tender submissions and developing engineering strategies for new projects.
- Mentor and develop junior engineers, providing technical guidance and fostering professional growth.
Requirements:
- Degree in Civil or Structural Engineering from a recognised university, with eligibility for registration with the Professional Engineers Board (Singapore).
- Minimum 8 years of experience in civil or structural engineering design consultancy.
- Strong analytical, communication, and project management skills, with proficiency in engineering design software and experience leading project teams.
