Senior C++ Technical Test Analyst

We are seeking a Senior Technical Test Analyst to strengthen automated quality practices for complex game systems by evolving test scripting, analysis, and pipeline reliability. You will collaborate closely with engineers to deliver stable, actionable automation results and help improve developer workflows.

Responsibilities

• Design sophisticated automated tests for complex game systems
• Expand automation coverage where manual testing is inefficient
• Extend existing automated scripts to keep pace with feature changes
• Improve test reliability by identifying and fixing flaky or unstable checks
• Analyze automation logs and diagnostic data to isolate intermittent issues
• Collaborate with engineers to provide automated reproduction steps and technical context
• Monitor automation pipeline health and execution efficiency within CI/CD systems
• Validate that automation results are stable, actionable, and trustworthy
• Translate manual test requirements into executable technical specifications
• Advise the studio on effective use of automation tools and frameworks

Requirements

• 3+ years quality engineering or software testing experience
• Test automation programming and scripting experience
• Senior-level ownership and technical mentorship skills
• Strong project collaboration skills with cross-functional teams
• Strong C++ programming skills for test development
• Strong test automation framework skills with tools such as Selenium, Appium, or JUnit
• Strong analytical skills and attention to detail for defect investigation
• Excellent communication skills for clear technical documentation and stakeholder alignment
• Upper-Intermediate English proficiency (B2)

Nice to have

• ISTQB certification or equivalent
• CI/CD integration experience with tools such as TeamCity or Jenkins
• Game testing experience across AAA development phases
• Unreal Engine knowledge
• Test management experience with QMetry or TestRail
