Senior / CAD Designer

Position: CAD Designer / Senior CAD Designer (Office Interior Fit-Out)

Job Description

• Work closely with Interior Designers to understand design intent and translate concepts into accurate construction drawings.
• Prepare detailed interior design drawing packages, including plans, sections, elevations, carpentry details, door details and partition details.
• Ensure all drawings and technical specifications comply with relevant codes, standards and project requirements.
• Coordinate with M&E teams to ensure proper integration of design details and technical information.
• Conduct site surveys, measurements and inspections to ensure drawing accuracy and support site implementation.
• Identify and resolve technical detailing issues, proposing practical and buildable construction solutions.
• Collaborate with designers to improve drawing quality, efficiency and consistency across projects.
• Take ownership of assigned drawing packages, work independently with minimal supervision and ensure timely completion of all deliverables.

Requirements

• 5–8 years of relevant experience in corporate office interior fit-out projects.
• Strong proficiency in AutoCAD (Revit knowledge is a plus).
• Good understanding of construction detailing and coordination across disciplines.
• Strong attention to detail with the ability to spot and resolve inconsistencies.
• Able to work independently while collaborating effectively with cross-functional teams.
• Proactive, responsible, and able to manage multiple deadlines in a fast-paced environment.
