Job Overview:

We are looking for a highly skilled and detail-oriented Constructor to join our team. You will play a crucial role in creating drawings, managing Design Change Notices (DCNs), and ensuring precision in all design tasks. This position supports a team dedicated to developing concepts, conducting packaging studies, and delivering innovative solutions.

Key Responsibilities:

• Develop detailed design documentation, including drawings and CAD modules.
• Mature and redesign existing product models in CAD systems.
• Create CAD assemblies, resolve packaging conflicts, and ensure quality before release.
• Define technical drawings and use them to verify product geometrical properties.
• Lead complex projects, mentor team members, and drive continuous improvement.
• Collaborate across the Group, providing thought leadership and innovation.

Qualifications:

• 8+ years of experience in CAD engineering and Volvo design processes.
• Expertise in managing DCNs, performing detailed analysis, and leading projects.
• Strong leadership skills with experience mentoring and developing team members.
• Proven ability to influence and collaborate within a global network.
