Open Arms Solutions is seeking compassionate, dependable, and experienced Caregivers, CNAs, HHAs, and Direct Support Professionals (DSPs) to provide quality in-home care to seniors in Homer Glen, Lemont, and nearby communities.

Whether you’re looking for part-time hours, daytime work, or evening shifts, we have opportunities to match different availability and client care needs.

What You’ll Do

As a Senior Caregiver, you’ll support clients with daily activities and help maintain their comfort, dignity, and safety.

Responsibilities include:

• Assist clients with activities of daily living (ADLs), including bathing, dressing, grooming, and toileting
• Support safe mobility, transfers, and ambulation
• Prepare meals and encourage proper hydration
• Provide companionship and monitor client safety
• Offer medication reminders as directed
• Perform light housekeeping to maintain a clean, comfortable environment
• Observe and report changes in a client’s condition

Available Shifts & Scheduling

We offer a range of scheduling opportunities based on client needs and caregiver availability.

• Day shifts and evening shifts
• 6-hour, 8-hour, and 12-hour shifts
• Weekday and weekend opportunities
• Flexible part-time schedules
• Additional shifts may be available

Please note: Shift availability and hours are not guaranteed. Scheduling depends on client needs, service location, and your availability.

Qualifications

To be considered, applicants must:

• Be at least 18 years old
• Have at least 1 year of professional caregiving experience
• Have experience in home care, senior care, assisted living, or a related setting
• Have a valid driver’s license and reliable transportation
• Be authorized to work in the United States
• Be able to complete all required background screenings

Relevant experience: Caregiver, CNA, Certified Nursing Assistant, HHA, Home Health Aide, DSP, Direct Support Professional, Personal Care Assistant, or similar roles.
