About the Role

Support and contribute to the accurate and smooth premium collection at cashier counter. Assist cashier manager on handling related AML reporting issues.

This role contributes to the delivery of customer outcomes that are reliable, thoughtful, and create meaningful impact for customers and society. The role holder is expected to embed a customer first mindset in all decisions and actions by developing a clear understanding of customer needs, taking end to end ownership to resolve issues, and working collaboratively across teams to continuously enhance the customer journey—both directly and indirectly.

Roles and Responsibilities:

  • Handle daily routine premium collection and cashier operations, including life / group / pension business. (50%)
  • Assist cashier manager in preparing daily operating reports to ensure all transactions, company policies and control procedures are properly compiled with. (10%)
  • Assist cashier manager in preparing AML reports at cashier office. (10%)
  • Arrange cash deposit to bank. (5%)
  • Assist cashier manager in system development / modification to meet AML / changing requirements. (5%)
  • Maintain files / records within own collection office for audit purpose. (10%)
  • Perform any other duties or projects as assigned. (10%)

Minimum Job Requirements:

  • Form five graduate or above.
  • At least 5 years relevant experience.
  • Good customer service mindset and skills; and sense of courtesy.
  • Good communication and interpersonal skills.
  • Effective organization and problem solving skills.
  • Ability / willing to work under pressures.
  • Proficient in both written and spoken English and Chinese. Mandarin is an advantage;
  • Computer-literacy; Chinese input is a must
  • The incumbent is required to obtain relevant license if the job involves in regulated activities.
