Job Description:
The Change & Engagement Specialist will act as the India TAI Change & Engagement Lead, helping employees understand, engage with and adopt the priorities, programmes and changes being delivered through Transformation, Analytics & Insights (TAI).
You will be the key local connection point between TAI, the India hub and employees, making sure change is clear, relevant and grounded in the employee experience. Working closely with the Transformation & Integration Lead, TAI teams, leaders and the India Hub Operations team, you will help roll out TAI initiatives, strengthen local engagement and create feedback loops that inform decisions and improve delivery.
A key part of the role is translating complex transformation activity, data, insights and organisational change into clear, engaging and visually compelling communications, presentations, dashboards, infographics and engagement materials that drive understanding and action. You will use storytelling, employee insight and visual communication to make complex information simple and meaningful for employees and leaders.
This is a hands-on role for someone who is proactive, practical and comfortable working through ambiguity. You will need to spot issues and opportunities early, create structure where it is needed, solve problems without waiting to be asked and keep delivery moving across multiple priorities. The role will primarily focus on India and may also provide Change & Engagement support to other regional hubs, including Kuala Lumpur, as organizational needs evolve.
What you will deliver
Lead Change & Engagement for TAI across India, ensuring employees understand TAI priorities, what is changing and what it means for them.
Design and deliver clear change, engagement and communication plans that support adoption of TAI programmes and new ways of working.
Partner closely with the India Hub Operations team to use local channels, networks and engagement opportunities to roll out TAI initiatives effectively.
Build strong connections with employees and leaders across India, acting as the TAI C&E representative and bringing local insight and feedback into programme planning and delivery.
Identify risks, blockers and employee concerns early, then drive practical solutions that improve engagement, readiness and adoption.
Create simple, compelling narratives, leadership messages, presentations, workshops and engagement materials that make complex transformation activity easier to understand and act on.
Translate complex data, insights and programme updates into clear visual stories that improve understanding, support decision-making and drive engagement.
What you will need to be successful (experience and qualifications)
Experience delivering change management, employee engagement, communications or transformation activity in a complex organization.
Strong understanding of change management principles, stakeholder engagement, readiness planning and adoption approaches.
Excellent written and verbal communication skills, can turn complex information into clear, human messaging.
Strong stakeholder management skills.
Strong problem-solving skills, with the ability to identify issues, make recommendations and follow through on actions.
Experience gathering and using employee feedback, engagement data or insights to improve delivery and decision-making.
Ability to work independently, manage competing priorities and deliver at pace in an environment where direction may evolve.
Comfortable working across global teams and time zones, including regular collaboration with UK & US teams.
Proven ability to translate complex information, data and transformation activity into clear, engaging and visually compelling communications, presentations, infographics that drive understanding and action.
Strong visual storytelling skills, with the ability to identify the most effective way to communicate information for different audiences through narrative, data visualisation and design.

This role sits at the intersection of transformation, engagement and employee experience. You will act as the primary Change & Engagement representative for TAI in India, helping connect global transformation priorities with the day-to-day experience of employees. Working across all levels of the organisation, you will bring employee insight into decision-making, drive engagement with key initiatives and help ensure TAI's priorities are visible, understood and adopted across the hub.
