Senior CIAM IT Business Analyst
Summary
Acts as a bridge between business stakeholders and IT teams to analyze and refine CIAM (Customer Identity and Access Management) requirements, ensuring alignment with security, architecture, and engineering goals.
Job Family

Ensures required business services are identified, developed, and supported in alignment with business unit and division needs
Builds domain-specific business knowledge and acts as a key point of contact for business support
Acts as a liaison between IT development and design teams and business units for the development of new systems and enhancement of existing systems
Evaluates new applications against business functional and non-functional requirements
Assesses new initiatives and evolving business requirements, and recommends appropriate alternatives and/or enhancements to current business solutions and systems
Prepares communications and delivers business presentations related to solutions, system enhancements, and/or alternatives
General Description
Acts as a key interface between business stakeholders and IT teams
Understands the business drivers behind operational, functional, tactical, or strategic initiatives and changes, and reflects these in proposing business recommendations and guidance for IT solutions
Leads requirements and process analysis for business cases and provides options for viable business solutions
Demonstrates awareness of the external market and internal client needs, and leverages this to propose solutions that support both internal and external stakeholders
Role
Works closely with the program delivery lead and contributes to the IT program transversal team
Acts as a transversal Business Analyst across CIAM streams (onboarding, authentication, authorization, lifecycle)
Bridges business, security, architecture, and engineering teams through clear and actionable requirements
Supports program and strategy execution by refining epics, features, and user stories aligned with CIAM roadmap priorities
Promotes consistency in BA practices, templates, and ways of working across squads
Analyzes identity journeys (internal and external users) and identifies opportunities for simplification
Ensures traceability from requirements through delivery, testing, and value realization
Contributes to backlog management, prioritization, and dependency mapping
Facilitates workshops with stakeholders across product, operations, and security teams
Defines acceptance criteria and supports UAT to ensure outcomes align with business intent and program delivery goals
Contributes to change adoption by monitoring feedback and supporting continuous improvement of CIAM capabilities
Supports cross-team alignment, risk identification, and mitigation at program level
Produces concise, executive-ready materials for governance (e.g., status updates, risks, decisions)
Contributes actively to the Tribe BA Community of Practice, supporting continuous improvement in ways of working to enhance delivery effectiveness and consistency across teams

The Group Digital Capabilities (GDC) division contributes to Euroclear’s competitiveness by delivering reliable and sustainable IT solutions for the financial securities markets. Our teams deliver new IT solutions and improve existing applications for both our internal and external clients. We deploy changes into the production environment in a controlled and structured way that does not compromise production stability and we ensure applicative production support.
